In the State of Washington, SysTech International is the sole supplier to the program manager of all inspection test systems and the central database management systems for the entire state. In the Washington centralized I/M program, dedicated test-only facilities perform required testing for the motorists and the fleets.

SysTech International is the exclusive provider of all emissions test equipment in the State of Washington I/M Program. SysTech International developed, manufactured, and installed over 70 two-position test lanes for vehicle inspection across the State of Washington. Our WA2002 test systems perform all required I/M tests, including: OBDII, ASM, TSI, evaporative emissions, visual inspections, unloaded diesel, and loaded diesel inspections.
SysTech International was contracted to develop, install and maintain the State of Washington Vehicle Inspection Database for the statewide enhanced emissions inspection program. We have developed and installed the industry’s most advanced centralized Vehicle Inspection Database.
