SysTech was responsible for the successful design, development, and installation of the City of Memphis Vehicle Inspection Database used to conduct emissions testing, provide program reporting, and facilitate centralized management of the I/M testing network.
In the City of Memphis centralized program, test facilities and test lanes are operated by the City of Memphis.
The City of Memphis centralized I/M Program started with vehicle emissions inspection testing using the new system on March 1, 2001. It consists of three test facilities with a total of 13 workstations performing more than 500,000 vehicle safety and emissions tests per year.
