SysTech International supplied facility construction upgrades, safety and emissions inspection test equipment, networking, and database management systems for the inspection of medallion taxis for the City of New York. SysTech supplied all construction services required to upgrade the current Taxi and Limousine Commission testing facility.
SysTech International designed, developed manufactured, implemented and maintains the 4-position safety and emissions lane system. The equipment performs OBDII testing, Taximeter testing, brake, side slip and suspension testing and includes a chassis analyzer.
SysTech International designed developed, delivered and maintains the TLC network and central database management systems.
Approximately 70,000 vehicle tests are conducted each year. The new vehicle inspection system is in use in New York since December1, 2003.
