In the State of Connecticut, SysTech International is the sole supplier of all inspection test systems, telecommunications network, and the central database management systems for the entire state emissions program. In the Connecticut decentralized I/M program, independent stations perform required testing for the motorists and the fleets.
We provide the following products and services for the State of Connecticut I/M program:
Our Fleet OBDII Analyzer Systems are designed for use by fleet stations as a part of regular I/M programs. The Fleet OBDII Analyzer System performs the I/M tests required by fleets, including OBDII, visual inspection, and evaporative emissions tests. The Analyzer System user interface is fully automated and guides the inspector through the test.
This cost effective OBDII Analyzer System offers fleet owners a more convenient way to meet the inspection requirements by letting them perform inspections at their own service bays. They no longer have to take their fleet vehicles to authorized inspection stations to have the I/M test performed.
SysTech International is the exclusive subcontractor of all emissions test equipment used in the State of Connecticut I/M Program. SysTech International developed and manufactured over 300 BAR 97 type ASM analyzers for vehicle inspection stations across the State of Connecticut. Our CDAS test systems perform all required I/M tests, including: OBDII, ASM, TSI, evaporative emissions, visual inspections, unloaded diesel, and loaded diesel inspections.
SysTech International was selected as the contractor to develop, install, and maintain the State of Connecticut Vehicle Inspection Database called the Emissions Database Management System (EDBMS) for the statewide enhanced emissions inspection program. We have developed and installed the industry’s most advanced Vehicle Inspection Database. The EDBMS is fully Internet based, with all station equipment on-line at all times during station business hours.
