SysTech Wins Contract to Operate Inspection/Maintenance

Program Referee Facility for the Municipality of Anchorage,

Alaska

SysTech International has been awarded a contract by the Municipality of Anchorage, Department of Health and Human Services to manage and operate the city's official I/M Referee Facility. Starting January 1, 2010, SysTech will provide and staff a new facility with highly qualified automotive technicians who will supply valuable services to the motoring public and vehicle inspection businesses throughout the Municipality.

The Referee Facility will resolve disputes by performing tests for vehicle owners who disagree with the findings of a local I/M Station. The Referee Facility will also be responsible for the inspection of certain vehicles which are not allowed to be inspected at an I/M Station, such as those which have non-standard engines. In addition, the Referee Facility will conduct specialized testing and vehicle modifications as directed by the Municipality.

SysTech employees will also provide I/M program support services at the Referee Facility including proctoring hands-on tests to applicants who wish to become Certified I/M Technicians, providing I/M training workshops and conducting Quality Assurance Audits at local I/M facilities. SysTech's national call center will support the Referee Facility by acting as an information resource for I/M technicians in Anchorage.

SysTech was selected by competitive procurement. The contract period is two years with three one-year extension options.

"We are pleased to be selected as the winning bidder to operate the official Referee Facility in the Municipality of Anchorage.", said Mr. Lothar Geilen, President and CEO of SysTech. "This win continues to demonstrate that SysTech provides our government customers with the best service offerings in the industry. We will provide the Municipality with advanced database management tools as well as specialized, hands-on, expert technician services. The keys to providing the professional services expected by the Municipality are integrity, objectivity and impartiality, all of which are core to our corporate values."

The contract calls for SysTech to staff, manage and maintain the official Referee Facility and data collection system at a very high standard in order to provide excellent service to the motoring public.
